PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING HIGH ORDER VOLUMES AND THERE ARE DELAYS OF BETWEEN 3 - 5 DAYS IN PROCESSING ORDERS.

Due to increased demand over the Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend we have changed some of our delivery options. All orders on the £7.95 service will be sent out on next day delivery via DPD or Dx and in most cases will arrive within two days from the point of dispatch.

We will keep you updated on any delays as best we can. 

Please be aware that our drivers are not currently requesting a signature on delivery. 


Shipping costs:

Free delivery on all orders over £200. 

Standard delivery to the UK mainland - £4.95 (3-5 working days)

48 HOUR SERVICE UK mainland (for orders received before 1pm) - £7.95

Saturday delivery is available (order before 1pm Friday) - £16.95

Northern Ireland (2 day service) - £11.95

We use a range of couriers to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible however due to the ongoing COVID 19 restrictions we are experiencing particularly high demand and therefore short delays may be experienced.

Receiving your delivery:

We operate on a signature basis to ensure goods are received safely and securely. Goods may only be signed for by persons over the age of 18.  Our couriers may ask for ID if you appear to be under 18 and may refuse to deliver if suitable ID cannot be provided. Goods can be left unsigned but you must specify this on your order with instructions where to leave the goods and this is at your own risk.

Returns: 

Here at The Rose Wine Collective we aim to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. However if there is an issue with your order please let us know as soon as you can and we will aim for it to be dealt with as quick & efficiently as possible. 

 For any damaged bottles or if you happen to suspect your wine may be 'corked', please contact us to arrange a return. We will replace any such items free of charge with the same wine or an alternative on agreement.

You may cancel your order within seven days of receipt and a full refund will be issued. Please contact us to confirm cancelation - refunds will be issued within 30 days. You will need to repack the goods using the original packaging and return to the address below;

Goods must be received in the original, unopened condition. The cost of any damaged goods will be deducted from the refund. All postage and courier charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Vintages

From time to time the supply of certain vintages can be changed at very short notice. We will endevour to send the vintage ordered but from time to time this may not be possible in which case the most recent vintage will be sent.
