This is a wonderfully rich and complex Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Made using premium selective yeasts the wine sees 20 months of age in 80% French oak and 20% American oak toasted barrels. The nose is complex and layered, with notes of black cherry, cassis, bitter chocolate and spice. The palate is soft with ripe tannins and intense black fruit aromas which combine with spicy and herbaceous flavours which linger on the finish.
Food - Serve alongside spicy beef stew or a steak.
