J'Adore Rosé et Or. Pale with translucent reflections, with sharp notes of citrus fruit & white flowers on the nose. The palate is complex with an exceptional freshness & finesse offering notes of pink grapefruit & white peach. 

Overall A vibrant, expressive rosé that combines zestful aromas with an intense freshness allowing the fruit to fully embody the wine. The finish is zesty and crisp.

 Minuty 70-hectare property is located on Saint-Tropez peninsula, on Gassin and Ramatuelle villages hillsides. The estate was built under Napoleon III and acquired by Gabriel Farnet in 1930 who then replanted vines on the entire domain. In 1955, Chateau Minuty became one of 23 Cru Classe producers in Cote de Provence appellation.
